Petrol Station, 58 Vehicles Put on Auction From Los as Ksh 180,000

A petrol station and 58 vehicles are up for auction, with starting bids as low as Ksh180,000.

Situated in the Kithimani area of Machakos County, the Oxfuel Filling Station is just 50 kilometers from the Thika Superhighway. It occupies an area of 0.10 Ha or 0.2471 Acres.

The fuel filling station is designed with accompanying structures that include; a forecourt with a canopy featuring pump islands both beneath and outside the canopy, a two-storey station building that includes an attached car wash, external ablution blocks, and various other civil works.

This encompasses a tank island, parking facilities, drainage systems, and oil interceptors. The property is connected to mains electricity and water services, with foul drainage directed to a septic tank.

Those interested have been informed that the auction will occur on Wednesday, March 5, starting at 11 a.m. on the third floor of CPF House along Haile Selassie Avenue in Nairobi.

Moreover, as promoted by the Nairobi firm Onyango and Tarus advocates, vehicles are also available for auction.

The auction for the 58 vehicles begins at a minimum of Ksh180,000 and goes up to Ksh5.19 million. The first vehicle, a Toyota Probox, is located at Luwanza Yard in Emali. The second vehicle, an Isuzu Ftr90, can be found at Sunny Yard in Migori.

A number of other vehicles with comparatively low prices are on offer, such as a Mazda Premacy at Leakey’s Yard for Ksh200,000 and a Toyota Carina at Eazy Ruiru Yard for the same price.

Other options consist of a Nissan Sunny priced at Ksh224,000 at Integra Yard, a Nissan Advan available for Ksh252,000 at Naivasha Storage, a Mitsubishi Galant listed for Ksh261,000 at Grey Post Yard, and a Toyota Mark II offered for Ksh280,000 at Starstruck Yard.

Also priced below Ksh1 million are the following: a Honda Cr-V Rd6 available for Ksh615,000 at the Starstruck Yard in Meru, a Nissan Caravan priced at Ksh575,000 at Starstruck Yard in Malindi, and a Toyota Ractics offered for Ksh470,000 at Cismara Yard in Narok.

17 vehicles surpassing the million mark include a Toyota Landcruiser HZI at Eazy Ruiru Yard priced at Ksh1.8 million and a Mitsubishi Canter Truck at Leakey’s Yard costing Ksh2,295,000.

Bidders who are interested have been notified that the auction will end at noon on February 18. Vehicles will be sold on an “as is where is” basis.
