Join Raila in Supporting Ruto’s Presidency- Passaris Advices Uhuru

Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris has asked retired President Uhuru Kenyatta to join ODM leader Raila Odinga in backing President William Ruto’s administration.

According to Passaris, it is critical for the former president to help his successor in order to benefit the country.

On Tuesday, she addressed at the official launch of Kimutwa market building in Kalama, Machakos County.

“You are the only living former president of the Republic of Kenya. You have significant investments in this country; you have relatives here; and you can sit down with William Ruto, Raila Odinga, and other like-minded individuals to steer this country in the correct path because Kenya belongs to all of us,” Passaris stated.

The lady representative denied assertions that after joining Ruto’s administration through a broad-based government arrangement, Raila has stopped advocating for Kenyans’ fundamental rights.

She claimed Raila was preoccupied with campaigning for his African Union chairmanship, which he lost, and hence unavailable to talk on matters of public concern, but he is now back in the nation.
